Chris, Even though we didn't see each other often, your impact was significant. Mirroring some of your best traits; you helped build a foundation in me that exemplifies confidence, loyalty, and love. I remember the feeling of excitement in anticipation for when you'd walk through Grandmom's front door...always HOURS late, but with incredible presence. I treasure our time walking around Philly and hanging out at the store as if I were one of "the guys," despite being so young. Love and miss you. Love, Jordan

Big Billy, Esther, Billy, Steven, Lisa and Christopher Jr.:

We are all so sorry that Chris passed away so young. Your pain is so difficult for us to watch and we pray that God gives you the strength to deal with this and know that Chris is now out of pain and with our loved ones
( especially Joey, Jimmy, Gaeten, Baby Gaeten, Franky Bear, his Uncle Dominick, our Mommy and Daddy, etc ) in Heaven.

Our family sends their love and prayers. We will all be present tomorrow from 9-11 from our homes.

Chris was a spark who loved living life strongly. Jeff and I along with our family will remember Chris and all our wonderful times together at so many events : Weddings, Anniversaries, Big Birthdays, New Years, Billy Joel Concerts, etc . One time in particular, was Mommy and Daddy’s 50th anniversary in 1987, a party that all us siblings organized ( Billy, Joyce, Jimmy, Gaeten, Joanna and me) where somehow our baby Jordan in his tuxedo had a cigarette in his mouth at 5 months old!!!) . All our families were there - even from St Thomas ( Joyce, Tara, Eric, and Shanda), Joanna and Marc from NJ. ( I think Lauren was safely with sitter).

We remember all the great times we had when you all drove the Caravan ( including Chris Jr and Lisa) to our West Park home for long weekends of fun, pool and graduation parties and more. We remember our boat ride on the Hudson and how Chris lifted Natalie like she was in a scene from the Titanic. We fondly remember one special visit to our home where Chris was a REAL LIFE super hero. He passed an accident on Rt 9 as it was happening and pulled over to help! Chris tore the car door open (Superman) to pull a woman out of her car that was crushed. It reminded me of when we (Joanna, Little Billy, Chris, etc) all played make believe and let me be a “female hero - Honey West" with karate kicks and all!

Chris used to always come by to see our Family whenever we came into town for a visit. He always showed up later than we planned ( Madeline’s clock) . Chris and Joey would take Jordan and Natalie around South Philly for food and fun and they would hang out at the store with him for hours. He loved teasing Natalie by purposefully licking her nose to annoy her.

We have so many treasured memories that we will keep dear in our hearts and re-tell stories over and over again like Big Billy does to keep all our family members alive in our hearts. We love you all and look forward to being together in person safely! Hopefully this summer.

Madeline, Jeff, Jordan/ Lauren/ Trevor/ puppy Heidi , Natalie /Duke.
