Virginia M. “GINNY” (nee Melchiorre) passed away on January 5, 2020. She was dearly loved and had a kind, generous, and supportive spirit which she shared with all. She enjoyed her family, friends, the beach, the casino, her poker group, and all of Philly's cultural offerings. A dedicated Philadelphia Eagles fan, she also served as an inaugural member of the Philadelphia Eagles Season Ticket Holder Fan Advisory Board. She was pre-deceased by her husband Peter A. Feo, Jr. and is the loving mother of Christina (John) Penezic; dearest "Nanny" of Gianna; sister of Joseph (late Marianne) Melchiorre, Caroline (Richard) Chmielewski, and Marion (late Anthony) DiBattista. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on FRIDAY evening, January 10, from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and SATURDAY morning January 11 from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at The PENNSYLVANIA BURIAL CO., INC., 1327-29 S. Broad St. Funeral Mass is SATURDAY 10:00 a.m. at St. Richard’s Church, 3010 S. 18th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19145. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to PHILABUNDANCE, 3616 South Galloway Street, Philadelphia PA 19148.
