Obituary for Teresa M. Suarez-Semola

Teresa M. Suarez-Semola (nee Caravello) passed away on December 8, 2022.  Born in Philadelphia on April 22, 1935 to the late Ernestine (Caravello)  and Diego Suarez.  Beloved Wife of the late Salvatore M. “Sal”  “Salvi” Semola.  Loving Mother of Martin and Gerard.  Predeceased by her Brother Edward Suarez.  Loved, Cherished, and raised by maternal Aunt Mary (Caravello) and Joe Lopez.  She was a proud 1953 graduate of John W. Hallahan Catholic Girls High School having had perfect attendance.  Teresa then was employed by law firms in Philadelphia.  She took classes at Pierce Junior College and attained status as paralegal.  She was a volunteer and faithful attendee at Mass at St. Philip Neri Church in Philadelphia.  She also did volunteer work for the Heart Association.  She was a member of Las Violetaras.  Together with her husband they were founding Board of Directors of the Queens Village Neighbors Association.  Her Services and Interment at Fernwood Cemetery Private.
