Obituary for Ryan C Crane

Ryan Charles Crane, 46, died unexpectedly December 19, leaving behind devastated family and friends. Ryan was a carpenter who had recently bought a home in Philadelphia that he was renovating with his life partner, Tara Diamond. He was an active and well-known member of Philadelphia’s music scene and played with many bands in the area. Ryan enjoyed deer hunting in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, fishing for trout/salmon, and playing guitar with his father and brothers. All who knew him will miss his warm smile, sense of humor and infectious laugh. He accepted everyone as they were.
Survived by his beloved Tara; father, Michael (Cathy) Feister of Lake City, MI; sister Chrissy (John) Peterson of Leroy, MI; brother Mike Feister Jr., of Cadillac, MI; brother Matt (Ananda) Feister of Cadillac, MI; grandmother Joan Feister of Cadillac, MI; aunt Jeannie Blommel of West Bend, Wisconsin; uncle Edward Feister (Stacy) of Cadillac, MI; uncle James Feister (Dawn) of Cadillac, MI; uncle Charles Crane (Marianne Feister) of West Bloomfield, MI; aunt Nancy Talley (David) of Cleveland, OH; plus many cousins and hundreds of friends who loved him dearly.
Ryan was preceded in death by his mother, Cynthia Lee Walker (2007); grandfather Charles Rex Crane (2001), grandmother Elizabeth Irene Crane (1998), brother Mark Feister (2017), grandfather Lewis Feister (2013), uncle John Feister (1992) and aunt Judith Feister (1999) .
