Philip Whelan passed away on May 12, 2021 at age 70. Beloved husband of Donna (nee Iannelli); loving father of Janine; dearest grandfather of Ryan; Also survived by his loving sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins, a sister in law and a brother in law.
