I just learned of Mr. Mancuso’s passing and I am in tears. I always felt at home in his store and the ricotta was always a staple in my house for our homemade ravioli. The last time I was in he was in dialysis and not in the store and I am sad that I didn’t get to see and talk to him. He was truly a South Philly gem. Much love to his family.
