My Joe

Where do I begin to tell the story of how great a love could be - a simple love story of the love my Joe had for me. I was truly blessed to have this angel in my life. Joe first came into my life several years ago at an oldies night. He was at the same table my lady friends & I were seated. He asked me if I wanted a drink, I said no thank you. He said would you like to dance, I said No - I am a widow. Never exchanged names, he knew nothing about me. Several months later these same girlfriends & I had tickets to the Jerry Blavat show at the Kimmel Center. As the usher escorted us to our seats, my seat was right next to his. Do you believe this? Wow! God. We exchanged names, he couldn't get over an Enrico meeting a Caruso. You know the rest, this angel married me,took such great care of me during my battle with cancer & our life has been a full, blessed life. Thank you Dear Lord for not making him suffer. I really & truly can't part with him, but am so blessed to have had him in my life. Call me up sometime dear friends & I'll talk more about him, probably talk about 2 hours non stop. Thanks for the love & the memories my Joe, until we are together again. I'll always love you. Midge
