It is with great sorrow that the family of Grace Cornacchia announces her passing on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, in Los Angeles, California at the age of 72. Born on September 4, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Gabriel and Rosita (nee Pimpinella) Pacelli, Grace lived an incredible life filled with love, laughter, and of course, Grace's delicious Italian meals enjoyed by hundreds of people throughout many family celebrations. Grace married her soulmate, Anthony J. Cornacchia, Jr., on Aug 22, 1970. Together they had three children and were joyously married until Anthony's death on Oct 23, 2001. Grace is survived by her daughter, Christina (Michael), her sons, Christopher, Michael (Daniel), her granddaughter, Gabrielle, her sister, Gilda, and her family: husband, Hank, and sons, David and Anthony, as well as many other brother and sister-in-laws, nieces and nephews, and of course her fur babies, Bella and Dominique. Her family will greet relatives and friends on SATURDAY November 3, 2018 at Old St. Joseph’s Church, 321 Willings Alley, Philadelphia, PA 19106 from 9:00 to 10:00am. Funeral Mass will begin at 10:00am. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Blackwood, NJ. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Gracie's name to the ASPCA.
