Obituary for Gabriela "Robbie" Perrupato

Gabriela "Robbie" Perrupato
GABRIELA "ROBBIE" "RONNIE”
Gabriela was born on October
18, 1920 to Anthony and Rose
Faralli, of Phila., PA. November
26, 2017, age 97. She passed on
the feast of Christ the King.
She was married for 52 yrs. to
the late John C. She was
beloved mother of Robert
Manino (Barbara), Rita Vahey,
(the late Joseph), Anita and
John A. She is also survived by
4 cherished grandchildren,
Katharina (Robert), Lisa,
Stephanie and Angelo; 3 great-
grandchildren Robert, Meghan
and Scottie; Sister Rosemarie
Hake (James) and nieces and
nephews. She is predeceased in
death by her sister Elvira
Nazzario, her husband Salvatore,
brother Anthony and his wife
Mary, brother Carmen (Immaculata)
and brother Joseph (Marie).
She worked many years. as a tie
presser for a textile and gar-
ment industry. She endured
many hardships during her
long life, but she always
managed to hold her head high
and had weathered the storms.
She has the sweetest smile and
twinkle in her baby blue eyes.
She loved her family and
enjoyed cooking homemade
meals. Everyone was welcome
in her home and she was always
hospitable and loved to feed her
guests. One of her biggest
complaints lately was not
having a kitchen of her own
anymore. She would Say "l don't
even have a fork or a knife and
I can't even offer you some-
thing to eat or a place to sit
down". She was true to her faith
and had strong family values,
She was from the greatest
generation that ever lived and
worked hard and made many
sacrifices for all of her
children. She loved music and
singing in her younger years. and
never made a promise she
wouldn't keep. Viewing on
