Elizabeth L Anastasi (Crowl) of Philadelphia peacefully passed on May 22, 2023.

Betty Lou to her friends and later affectionally known as Mom Mom to her 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, was born in Media in 1940 to William and Ethel Crowl. She was the youngest of five Loraine, Shirley, Minor and Dorothy.

Betty Lou met the love of her life Tom in Delaware, married and would go on to have two children, Jennifer (Andrew) Michael (Clare Anne) and two stepchildren Tommy & Renee. She leaves behind 4 grandchildren John, Melissa, Ava and Olivia and three great grandchildren John, Jack and Wesley that she adored.

Betty Lou spent many years as an owner/operator of a fruit and produce business on the Italian Market where selling grapes was her specialty. After the market she worked at Kent McBride as a Legal Secretary.

Betty Lou loved summers in Ocean City, NJ and cheering on the Philadelphia Eagles and the Villanova Wildcats Football and Basketball teams.

Services will be held on Tuesday, May 30th at St Paul’s Church in Philadelphia, PA. Viewing is 9:30am immediately followed by Funeral Mass at 11:00am. Burial to follow at SS Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA.
