Concetta (nee Carnuccio) passed away on January 23, 2016 at age 93. Beloved wife of the late Joseph J.; loving mother of Maria Lombardi and John (Donna) DeStefano; dearest grandmother of Christine (Vincent), Margo (Brian), Joseph (Billie) and John Jr.; Great grandmother of Olivia and Graham; Dear sister of Anthony (late Eleanor), Joe (Lucy), Frank (Dolores) and Vincent (Helen); Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends. Relatives and Friends are invited to her Viewing TUESDAY Evening 7:00 to 9:00 and WEDNESDAY Morning 9:30 to 10:30 at The PENNSYLVANIA BURIAL CO., INC., 1327-29 S. Broad St. Funeral Mass WEDNESDAY 11:00am St. Nicholas of Tolentine Church, 9th and Watkins Sts. Int. Holy Cross Cem. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in her memory to St. Nicholas Church, 910 Watkins St., Phila., PA 19148
